We worked closely with the team at CIRE to plan an active family vacation in Kiawah/Charleston (they helped with everything from flights to tee times) only to have my daughter break her foot 2.5 weeks before spring break! Without missing a beat Esther and team team did research on what was still available for the Spring break/Easter vacation week that would be more low-key for us - they came up with GREAT ideas and re-booked everything for us within days. Blown away - SO grateful to have their help in making this quick change so painless! We LOVED our week in the Keys at Isla Bella 🌴

I recently contacted Mark and the CIRE team to help me arrange a last minute birthday trip and I couldn't be happier! Even with about three weeks to plan, my specialist Melissa presented me with multiple options and in the end both my Grand Cayman flights and resort were beyond superb and I can't wait to go back!! Whenever I hear horror stories about traveling, be it for business or pleasure, I genuinely feel bad because it’s been so long since I could relate. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Everyone I’ve sent Eric’s way has wondered why it took them so long. Most recently, my husband and I booked our honeymoon through CIRE, and it was flawless. After being introduced to honeymoon-guru Katie, we had an initial meeting to discuss budget, timing, likes and dislikes. Shortly after, Katy provided several options, asking us to review and scheduling time to go over each in explicit detail. We eventually narrowed down to two itineraries, finally deciding on South Africa. In the midst of wedding planning, instead of googling “South Africa Safari” and hoping to make the right choice, the CIRE team was a much needed “sure thing” that took the burden of choosing the right experiences off our shoulders. They booked the trip and everything was handled. Our honeymoon consisted of 7 flights, 4 hotels and 10 transfers over the course of 2.5 weeks. Writing that out it sounds exhausting, but it was booked in a way that it felt like 3 vacations in one, ending off perfectly with 5 days in Mauritius - AKA paradise on earth. After all was said and done, Katy’s industry experience came through every step of the way: 1. Knowing to plan a physical activity (table mountain) for the first morning to get us acclimated quickly. 2. Knowing that staying a night in Jonesburg was the best way to break up an awkward flight time saved our sanity. 3. Letting each hotels/resort know it was our honeymoon so that we had some special surprises along the way. 4. Having an easy to use app that contained all of our travel details, even without cell service. 5. Upgrading us last minute when we could do it through the app. Even after calling the airline, nothing. Eric is a friend of a friend. He partnered me up with Melissa. Melissa helped for plan an all inclusive vacation, which was a 16th birthday present for my daughter. I gave her a budget and just a little bit of information…and Melissa came up with everything I needed within in my budget range. Melissa even answered all my little questions after the trip was paid for. As long as you are honest with your budget and your needs, CIRE will do a excellent job planning your trip.

Thanks to the experience of CIRE Travel, my husband and I just returned from a dreamy Italian holiday. “You get what you pay for” couldn’t be more true when it comes to CIRE Travel and believe me they are worth it! Their service is unmatched. Esther and Melissa were fantastic to work with. They were always happy to jump on a call, extremely responsive to emails and would unfailingly seek perks to brighten up our day. For example, we really wanted a jacuzzi room in Florence, which was a little over our budget. But, thanks to Esther’s connections with the hotel she worked her magic to snag us an upgrade to the jacuzzi room with our regular room booking. We worked with Melissa at CIRE Travel to plan our honeymoon in Portugal and Spain, and she executed our vision perfectly. I had the immense privilege of working with Esther to plan my dream vacation to Thailand alongside my sister. Not only was Esther one of the most personable, understanding and patient people I've worked with, but her knowledge knows no bounds! Any/all questions will always be answered--no matter how silly they may seem--and Esther's attention to detail is astounding. There was even a situation halfway through our trip where we needed to pivot and leave one location earlier than expected and Esther was there for us, solving our problem almost immediately.
